Minutes of a Special Meeting
The Gloversville Housing Authority’s Board of Commissioners met in a special session meeting that took place pursuant to Executive Orders 202.1 of the Governor of the State of New York as a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic. The meeting was held on ZOOM on January 21, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.
Board Members Present:
- Brenda Leitt, Chairperson
- John Poling, Vice Chairperson
- Marcia Weiss, Secretary
- Margie Pedrick, Commissioner
Others Present:
- Amanda Ossenfort, Executive Director
- Anthony Casale, Authority Legal Counsel
- Bryan Goldberger, Authority Legal Counsel
Chairperson Leitt having called the meeting to order at 7:09 p.m., at which time rollcall was taken memorializing the presence of all of the above-referenced individuals.
A motion having been made to go into Executive Session pursuant to Public Officers Law Section 105(1)(f) having been made, said motion having been made at 7:10 p.m. by Secretary Weiss and seconded by Commissioner Pedrick, said motion having been unanimously adopted, the Board and legal counsel entered said Executive Session at 7:10 p.m. A motion having been made to conclude said Executive Session having been by Vice Chairperson Poling and at 8:02 p.m. and seconded by Commissioner Pedrick, said motion having was unanimously adopted and the Executive Session concluded at 8:02 p.m.
A motion to adjourn the meeting having been made at 8:03 p.m., said motion having been made by Secretary Weiss and seconded by Vice Chairperson Poling, said motion having been carried unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 8:03 p.m.
