March Tower Talk

Tenant’s Association News
Looking back at our February meeting, you never know what will happen or who will show up. At our February meeting, Mike Ponticello, the new board chairman of the Gloversville Housing Authority was present and said a few words. Mr Ponticello took some questions from the association members and he indicated that he would present our concerns to the board at their next meeting.

Bernie Manzer gave a short presentation and indicated that if anyone would like a copy of the Gloversville Housing Authority’s regulations and policies hand book for Kingsboro Towers to contact Charlotte Myers (509). and she will get you a copy.
Our next Tenant’s Association meeting will be on Monday, March 6th at 6:00pm sharp in the Community Room. All tenants are welcome to attend, especially anyone that has moved into the building recently.

As an added bonus, there are no dues involved in being a member of the Association and this is a beneficial way to
meet and greet your neighbors and experience some good conversations with them. Besides, generally coffee is available after our meetings.
Brilliant Design & Printing in Gloversville will be producing our new Tower Talk booklet. We had a sample of the new format at the February meeting, and hopefully everyone will like the new format. A short note, we will
be getting 100 copies of the booklet for $25.00 (a truly great price for exceptional print quality).
As promised at our February Tenants Association meeting, Bernie Manzer distributed copies of the policy and
procedures handbook for Kingsboro Towers on February 9th to everyone that had requested a copy. Thanks Bernie for the quick response.
