62 & over and 50+ and disabled qualify for senior developments.
50 and disabled also qualify for our DuBois location along with all others.

What is the application process?
  • Preliminary application can be picked up at our main office, mailed or available on our web site.Once we receive the application eligibility will be determine and applicant will receive written notification if you qualify for housing and if so approximate wait time.If you do not qualify you will receive a letter advising why you do not qualify.
